Our Process

Four steps. One technician. Zero handoffs.

Digital Capture

Scan, photo, Rx — sent.

You ship the case to the lab — Rx form, models or printed scans, photography, shade selections. Conventional impressions? Send those too — we still pour models in-house. Digital scans can also be sent through your scanner's native cloud (3Shape Communicate, MyiTero, Medit Link) — call us to get connected.

Once we receive your case, it enters our workflow within the hour to be finished and delivered promptly — usually within 4–5 business days. Please do not count shipping days back to you as in-lab work days for proper patient scheduling.

Design & Consultation

A real conversation about your case.

Your assigned technician reviews the case, designs the framework or set-up in CAD, and reaches out with photos or a try-in video if anything needs your input. No back-and-forth coordinators — just the tech and you.

Approval or changes happen by direct phone or email with your assigned technician.

Hand Craftsmanship

Where the machine stops, we start.

Frameworks are milled or printed where digital sharpens precision. Then the case moves to the bench, where layering, characterization, festooning, and set-up happen by hand — the aesthetic decisions a machine can't make.

Every denture is finished by hand at the bench.

Finishing & QC

Polish, verify, ship.

Final polish, occlusion verified on the articulator, fit checked on the model. The case is packaged, shipped with tracking, and your assigned technician is reachable directly if anything needs adjustment on insert.

Most cases ship in under five business days.
